Eligibility:

An individual artist or teaching artist working in any artistic discipline, have lost income directly related to COVID-19, Have reported taxable income related to earnings from work as an individual artist or teaching artist in your most recently filed tax return, and the taxable income represented more than 25% of total income from all income sources (25% calculated as gross earnings before expenses). *If you file jointly, the 25% of total income from all income sources (25% calculated as gross earnings before expenses) refers to income of the individual artist who is applying ONLY, Be 18+, Be a resident of Connecticut for a minimum of one year prior to application deadline (May 4, 2020) and be a full-time resident at the time the award is granted
